Here are some helpful details to guide you.
AIR CONDITIONING
Each guestroom is equipped with remote-controlled a/c units. If you need assistance, contact Guest Services.
BALCONY
For rooms with balconies, please refrain from hanging your wet clothes on the balcony rail. Children should always be accompanied by an adult at the balcony. You may lock the sliding door to keep children away.
EMERGENCY EXITS
For the nearest emergency exit, please refer to the emergency floor plan on your front door. Emergency exits are strictly for emergency use only. Unauthorized use will result in a penalty.
GYM
Make your stay a productive one! The Gym is located on the 5th floor and is open from 7AM to 9PM. The gym is only for those 13 years old and above, and is free to use. Proper footwear is a must.
HAIR DRYER
Stay picture-ready throughout your stay. Hair dryers are available upon request. To have one delivered to your room, simply contact Guest Services.
HOUSEKEEPING
Your room will be cleaned every three (3) days, between 8AM and 5PM. Should you require cleaning at a specific time, please contact Guest Services. There will be a cleaning charge of Php 500.
INTERNET
Make your stay more fun with some surfing! Free Wi-Fi access is available in all guestrooms and the lobby, but limited to two (2) devices per room only. To connect, select BE Pods Lahug Wi-Fi, and enter your Room Number and Last Name.
IRON AND IRONING BOARD
Need to make your stay more fashionable? Contact Guest Services for a flat iron and an ironing board.
KEY CARD
Make your stay a safe one by keeping your keycard with you at all times. If you lose your key card, immediately notify Guest Services for a new key and recoding of your door. Lost key cards will be charged at Php 1,000.
MAINTENANCE
Is something not working in your room? Let us make it right. Press the icon highlighted in the red box on your intercom for immediate assistance.
PARKING
We have limited parking available, and overnight fees apply. BE Pods Lahug is not responsible for damage or loss of items in the vehicles parked.
PETS
While we agree pets make every stay a more fun one, pets are not allowed at BE Pods Lahug.
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking or vaping in guestrooms, including balconies, is strictly prohibited. In compliance with Executive Order No. 26 and Cebu City Ordinance No. 2241, violators will be charged a Php 10,000 cleaning and sanitization fee. Continued non-compliance may result in local government penalties or eviction without refund.
SWIMMING POOL
Make your stay worth the escape with our 5th-floor pool, open from 7 AM to 9 PM. Please note that proper swimwear is strictly required for all guests. Children must be accompanied by a guardian, and as there are no lifeguards on duty, please swim with caution.
VISITORS OF GUESTS
All visitors are required to register at the Front Desk. Visitors who wish to use the property facilities will be charged. Visiting hours are from 10AM to 10PM. If a visitor stays beyond 10PM, an extra person charge will apply.
CHECK IN, CHECK OUT, and EXTENSIONS
Our standard check-in time is 3PM, and check-out time is 12NN. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the Front Desk at least three (3) days in advance to check room availability and settle payments. If no extension is confirmed by the scheduled check-out date, BE Pods Lahug reserves the right to access the room for keycard resetting and housekeeping.
